In november 2010 Tour traveled to Osaka (Japan)
to make field recordings of the city and its outskirts. Following rules of the great composer Matthew Herbert he made seven songs using only these samples. The songs describe Osaka by day and by night. Each song is accompanied by a postcard.

Tour (Stijn Segers, Belgium, 1977) makes music about places. Acoustic and electronic. For real and unreal spaces. He makes field recordings and incorporates elements of the local folk music.

All songs written and recorded by Stijn Segers and completely based upon field recordings made between 11.10 and 11.18.2010 in Osaka, Japan.
